Metro Feeder

Namma Metro’s stations don’t reach every neighbourhood, so BMTC runs dedicated Metro Feeder buses (marked “MF”) from key stations out to nearby residential and commercial areas. Feeder buses are timed to connect with metro trains and are usually the cheapest and most direct way to cover the “last mile” between a station and your actual stop.

Using a feeder bus

Feeder fares are low and most routes run at short, regular intervals rather than a handful of scheduled departures — see each route’s page above for exact frequency or timing. Feeder stops are usually right outside the metro station’s entrance/exit, clearly marked with the BMTC feeder sign.
